Reserve Your Booth Space

To sign up and select your booth space, please click on the “Start” button below and follow the step by step instructions on the pages to follow. PLEASE UNDERSTAND BY SELECTING BOOTH SPACE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE SPACE EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOTH SPACE PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE.

You may only select ONE booth during the selection process. If you select more than one, RIMS will only approve your first selection. Please keep this in mind if you are looking for a booth larger than 10'x10'.

You must contact RIMS if you want to merge two booths together to make a larger space in a certain area. DO NOT SELECT TWO BOOTHS NEXT TO EACH OTHER AS YOU WILL ONLY BE ASSIGNED ONE BOOTH. Please call or email Matt Whyte at 212-655-6052 or mwhyte@rims.org.

Absolutely no end cap booths on the show floor (booths that run horizontally). All inline booths must run vertically or up/down. If you try to create an end cap, your booth request will be deleted and you will have to make a new selection.

Inline Booth Areas Only. To be fair to exhibitors of all booth sizes, certain booth sections cannot be combined. Any section in a green rectangle cannot be combined and are reserved for 10'x10', 10'x20', and 10'x30' booths only.

Block Dots on Floor Plan. The black dots on the floor plan are large columns. Please note if you select a booth near one of those dots you may have visibility issues in certain areas on show site.
