Exhibitor Hosted Block Information (Housing & Hospitality)
Within the official RISKWORLD 2025 Conference Hotels, guestrooms have been reserved for exhibitors at each designated hotel. Hotels will not accept reservations directly. All reservations must be made within the RIMS official block.

HOW IS HOUSING ASSIGNED?
Housing requests are accepted electronically beginning Monday, October 28th at 2:00 PM EDT. Confirmation of hosted block assignments for requests received on Monday, October 28th will be emailed starting on November 12th (or sooner, if possible). Requests received after October 27th will be confirmed starting November 12th. Hotel rooms are assigned on a first come/first served basis, based on availability.
HOW ARE SUITES ASSIGNED?
Suites are requested by completing the appropriate section within the online RISKWORLD 2025 Hosted Block / Affiliate Housing Site. Suite requests will be assigned based on RIMS Assignment Criteria and will be confirmed starting November 1 - March 20, 2025.
WHO IS THE HOUSING TEAM?
Connections Housing will serve as the official RIMS Housing Bureau throughout the entire housing process. The Connections Housing Team is dedicated exclusively to RISKWORLD exhibitors.
Any inquiries, changes or cancellations that may arise during the year regarding hotel reservations, or previously submitted rooming lists, should be directed to the Connections Housing Team (not the RIMS office) at RISKWORLD@connectionshousing.com, or by calling 404-378-6024.
PLEASE NOTE:
RIMS is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of RIMS. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please confirm your hotel accommodation within the Official RISKWORLD 2025 hotel block by accessing the online RISKWORLD 2025 Hosted Block /Affiliate Housing Site.
