Welcome to the 2019 RIMS Canada Conference exhibition sales.

Once an application is submitted and approved, you will receive access to the Exhibitor Service Center to take advantage of management and preparation tools to ensure a successful event.

What is included in each 10x10 :

  • Three exhibitor personnel badges.
  • Company name and booth number in “Exhibitor Location Guide.”
  • Company name and booth number in the 2019 RIMS Canada Conference Guide.
  • Professional floor management and daily security in exhibit hall.
  • Invitation to the 2019 RIMS Canada Conference Closing Breakfast for all booth personnel
  • Draped 8’ back and 3’ side walls (10x30 or smaller booths only)
  • One (1) Sunday Opening Reception per single 10'x10' booth occupied.
  • License to use the 2019 RIMS Canada Conference logo (with or in) for your marketing material.
  • Complimentary Pre-Conference Attendee Mailing List (Phone & email excluded).
  • Innovative show programs designed to increase hall traffic.
  • 6' table, two chairs and a waste basket

The exhibitor is responsible for providing carpet (required). Electricity and other utility connections are not provided with the space, but can be ordered.
